The determination of phosphate in water refers to the total amount of orthophosphate in the sample.
Wtf2000-po4 phosphate on-line water quality analyzer is analyzed by spectrophotometry, and the detection range standard is 0-20mg / L, which can be expanded according to the actual water sample. The pH value of the water sample was adjusted by dropping acid solution through peristaltic pump, then ammonium molybdate was added to produce color reaction, and then ascorbic acid was used to reduce it to blue complex, and the absorbance was detected at specific wavelength. The instrument automatically calculates the concentration of orthophosphate in the water sample according to the built-in curve. This method has good linearity and its accuracy is much better than the national standard. According to the detection conditions of phosphate in different industries, the analyzer can realize different detection methods to adapt to the water sample conditions without changing the hardware.
